Before you come
- Under 18? A parent or guardian books and stays.
- Deposits hold your spot and come off your total. The basic deposit is non-refundable and includes 1 free reschedule.
- Pay more up front, save more — 20% down (bookings $250+): 5% off, 2 reschedules; paid in full (bookings $100+): 10% off, 3 reschedules.
- Cancel or move at least 72 hours before your appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, forfeits what you paid.
- Running more than 15 minutes late may shorten your appointment.
- 1 guest max. No pets.
- Free fix within 5 days if a nail lifts or breaks.
- Come with bare nails unless you booked a removal. Someone else’s gel or acrylic on? Add a soak-off.
- Send your inspo photos when you book, so I can tell you honestly what fits the time.
- Fills are within three weeks. After that, or with more than two nails off, it’s a new set.
- More than 15 minutes late? I may have to simplify the art or move the appointment.
Nail care
- Cuticle oil twice a day. It keeps the product flexible and stops lifting.
- Gloves for dishes and cleaning. Hot water and chemicals are what lift a set.
- Your nails are jewels, not tools: no opening cans or scraping labels.
- A lift or a crack? Don’t pick or glue it. Message me and I’ll fix it.
- Book your fill for two to three weeks out, before the regrowth shows.

Can I send a photo of what I want?
Please do. Add your inspo when you book and I’ll tell you if the art or length changes the price or the time.
Do I need to take my old set off first?
No, don’t. Add a soak-off and I’ll take it off gently. Peeling or ripping takes your own nail with it.
How do deposits work?
A $20 deposit holds your appointment and comes off your total.
What’s structured gel (BIAB)?
A builder gel on your own nails. It adds strength and a clean shape, and grows out without lifting, so you can keep refilling instead of starting over.
How is nail art priced?
Simple art is included with a set. Detailed or hand-painted art is priced per nail or for the full set. Send a photo and I’ll quote it.
My nails are thin and peel. Can you still do them?
Yes. Structured gel is often the best fix: it adds strength while your own nails grow out. Note it in your nail profile when you book.
